OK, here is my two cents worth. (It's exact value). I used to think that camera bodies are like fishing reels. Reels only hold the line and the rod does
all of the work. I thought of camera bodies as film holders with the lenses the most important factor. I've had to modify that view with the new cameras.
Motor drives, matrix metering, etc., have come to be very important to the shot, whereas we've all seen photos made with lesser lenses that became
interesting due to the flaws. I.e., flare, poor depth of focus. etc. Now I think of it more as a package.
I also used to be a Nikkor snob, but with the advent of digital and AF, the lenses have become so dear that I've been forced to use aftermarkets. I have to say that my Sigma 10-20/3.5 is an admirable performer, as is the 24-60/2.8.
As to what should be posted? If it's Nikon related, go for it. We all will learn something from your experience. I mount those
Sigmas, (and Nikkors), on a Fuji S2Pro and still consider myself using a Nikon. Just a slightly modified one.

I also have a few Voigtländer lenses (and an order for the new Zeiss 50
mm lens) for my Nikon RF´s which are superb but at least long term I hope to complement them with Nikon lenses...
