I am BAD, I like them all, but I only have two, black F2AS and Chrome F2S, my F2s is put together.

I've got two F2AS/MD-2/MB-1's. One, which I've owned since 1988 is a user; beat up and brassy. The other, is in excellent cosmetic shape and has
the new style MB-1 with the two LED's. I bought it a couple of years ago as insurance against the day my user packs it in. However, with all the safeguards
I've got (Mr. Fung at Winball to keep the user in working order, the brass gears I bought from Sover Wong for when the Nylon ones in the MD-2 break down,
and Mr. Fung's stash of ring resistors for my DP-12, I think the user will outlive me so) I might consider selling the other camera one of these days.
I bought the first F2 because I wanted an all mechanical camera, and I immediately replaced the DP-1 it came with, with a cosmetically flawed but mechanically perfect (anyone beginning to see a pattern here in what I look for when I buy photogear?) DP-12, because I wanted the LED "-o+" readout in the viewfinder that can even be read in total darkness, and the widest range of shutter available in an F2. It is rugged, dependible and has an excellent center-weighted metering system. I consider the F2AS to be all the camera God ever meant for a man to have.

I like them all, and have accumulated 11 of them since 1979. But I use the F2Sb a lot, LED meter with the non-AI lenses. I've been using the Vivitar Series
I 135/2.3 with the F2SB at plays lately. Good focal length and speed, easy to read the LED's, and the little light for reading the shutter-speed/F-Stop
because it is too dark to see them without. The F2AS has the little light for shutter speed, but not F-Stop. I have one of each of the Motor Drives for the F2,
and two DS-1 servo's that are working, but do not use them. I have a Photomic Illuminator that I modified to use an LED instead of the lamp. Neat, but I do
not use it.

I have only one F2 in the classic chrome body with the black DP-1 meterhead, it's one of my mainstays in my Nikon fleet (until my Christmas Present
arrives).

I like all of them. Current I have F2 eyelevel (chrome) F2S (chrome) two F2A (Chrome & Black) F2SB (Chrome) and last F2AS (Black). On my wish list F2T (do
not enough money for it).
