I'm not certain I understand your question. If you are referring to setting ISO on the cameras meter, then the answer is; it is not necessary to do so
because you will be using the handheld Sekonic to take your readings. Just ignore the camera meter regardless of what it is set to currently, and merely adjust
the camera's shutter speed and the lens's aperture to co-incide with the value you get on the Sekonic. The F only has metered manual "mode",
if you will so regardless of what it's meter reads, the camera controls will only reflect what you manually set them to.

Thanks for you quick response,my concern is ASA film speed, dont I have to set up ASA according to film speed say 400 ASA film should be 400
in the ASA selector knob on the camera or I'm missing some thing? |

I repeat. It is not necessary to set the ASA on the camera meter if you are not using it to measure your exposure. However, it is very important to set the ISO
on the Sekonic meter to co-incide with the ISO of the film you are using in order to properly expose the film. Once you have a meter reading from the Sekonic,
simply transfer it or some variation of it to the aperture and shutter speed controls of the camera and take the picture. Regardless of what the ASA on the
camera meter is set to, the camera will only expose to whatever you manually set the shutter speed and aperture to, and the only time it is necessary to set
the ASA on the camera's meter, is when you are using it to measure your exposures. Even then, the camera will only expose to the aperture and shutter speed
you manually set.
Please trust me on this, I've been doing this for thirty years, and have used F and F2 cameras for almost the last twenty.
