No..... That's what a photographer with a Nikkor 50mm 1.8 lens and such and such film can do. Any Nikon film camera body
would have given you the same result.
Do yourself a favor and don't get sucked in to believing that this or that camera will make your photography better. The F3 is just a light-tight box with a shutter for holding film and nothing more. The two most important things in photography are the lens, and what's between your ears. And everything else is just commentary.

Technically, I agree that the camera doesn't matter much.
That being said, a camera that feels good, with smooth operation, excellent mechanices, etc. makes it more fun to use. Inspiration is an important part of photography. If you don't like your camera you probably won't make great photos either. In photography (and in life in general, for that matter) passion and joy are important factors that should not be overlooked. Enjoy your camera and make better photos. Simple as that. Enjoy your F3! And a Happy New Year to us all! Jarle |

Well, being such beautiful Nikon F Series Camera Body (real Italian, Giugiaro design), and after a long lasting, healthy life, the Nikon F3 definitely feels
great and inspires you to make great, memorable pictures. I love the F3 as well.
