Here's a few photos taken in the town of Luang Prabang in northern Laos during a recent trip to Thailand/Laos. Luang Prabang is centered on a small peninsula created by the Mekong River to the west and another smaller river to the east. The rivers meet just north of the town. The town still has many working buddhist temples that are centuries old (many of which are world heritage listed) and there's a higher proportion of monks/apprentice monks to general population there than...

Stopped down to F8, 60mm, the "sweet-spot" on this lens.

There's more to these lenses than just there serial numbers... All wide-Open: Not much DOF: I focussed on the edge of the Butterfly's wing, then shifted to frame..
